There is enormous healing power in the human body. We identify the underlying causes of disease and eradicate them. This diminishes the need for medication. We only medicate co-morbidities which have not responded.

Nutrition

Nutrition sustains us. Anything nutritious is satiating. There is no need for a “diet”. Non-nutritious items are addicting. We have to limit their intake, feel hungry, be deficient and risk obesity.

You cannot exercise your way out of an eating problem.

Nutrition affects the quality of our being.Glucose produces one molecule of oxygen and one molecule of carbon dioxide, maintaining an identical blood gas ratio. Fat uses up to 30 molecules of oxygen to produce 16 molecules of carbon dioxide. It depletes oxygen and leaves excess carbon dioxide in the blood.

We have studied insulin response to food ingredients, food additives, carbohydrates, fats and proteins for two decades. We promote eating low insulin index foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts and legumes.
